If the error message "Bad GDTWAIN.DLL version" in the process "Scan about the manufacturer software" appears in your Realify PaperOffice DMS, it´s because your Windows operation system has blocked while installation of Realify PaperOffice DMS 2014 important system components.
In order to use your ScanConnect, you must proceed in the following way:
- Search in C:Windowssystem32 for all files which can be seen in the following screenshot
- Delete all files from your system
- Without uninstall of the Realify PaperOffice DMS 2014, run the current Realify PaperOffice DMS Setup "over" the existing installation again.
- Restart your PC
