Das AES-Verschlüsselungsmodul verschlüsselt die in Realify PaperOffice gespeicherten Dokumente und Dateien je nach Schlüsselstärke unknackbar.

Dabei kann die Verschlüsselung bei MDB-Datenbanken wahlweise pro Archiv aktiviert oder deaktiviert werden.

Bei mySQL-Datenbanken ist aufgrund der Stealth&Secure Technologie das AES-512bit immer aktiv.

Je nach Realify PaperOffice Version werden verschieden starke AES-Verschlüsselungsstärken unterstützt

Dieses Modul bietet durch patentierte Fähigkeiten die nahezu unsichtbare Speicherung aller Informationen direkt in der SQL-Datenbank.

Dazu wird das Dokument bereits beim Speichern in Realify PaperOffice auf Binärebene zerlegt, hochgradig mit AES512bit verschlüsselt und im verschlüsselten Rohformat direkt in der Realify PaperOffice SQL-Datenbank revisionssicher und auf Dateiebene unsichtbar abgespeichert.

Mit der integrierten netzwerkfähigen Kontakt- und Adressverwaltung können Sie Dokumentmappen direkt mit Kontakten verknüpfen.

Um sich z.B. alle Dokumentmappen von einer bestimmten Person per Mausklick anzeigen zu lassen und schon in der Dokumentmappe Zugriff auf wichtige Kontaktdaten zu erhalten.

So kann bei Aufruf einer Eingangsrechnung automatisch der verknüpfte Kontakt angezeigt werden und alle weiteren zu diesem Kontakt vorhandenen Dokumentmappen.

Notes and text message management

Mit der Notizverwaltung können bequem Notizen innerhalb von Realify PaperOffice erstellt und verwaltet werden.

Sie können sogar Notizen für andere Benutzer verfügbar machen und so Kurzmitteilungen versenden.

Des Weiteren können Notizen farblich gekennzeichnet und benannt werden.
